Conference Break

Take a break from your busy conference schedule with one of our short break activities. These relaxing activities can be held in the comfort of your conference room, or outdoors. These activities will allow your delegates to physically and mentally unwind, increasing concentration, energy levels and motivation.

Tai Chi, 30 minutes, $20 per person
This Hun Yuan Tai Chi session incorporates a sequence of gentle movements and allows participants to relax and renew their energy levels.

Stretch 30 minutes, $20 per person
This is a great activity to stretch and lengthen muscles after sitting in a chair for long periods of time. Increase blood circulation through the body; reduce muscular tension and combat fatigue levels.

*Minimum ten (10) people required for conference breaks.

Group Activity Sessions

The Golden Door Spa & Health Club offers a number of group activity sessions for groups with a morning or afternoon available in their busy itinerary.

Boot Camp, 60 minutes $35 per person
The ultimate circuit class based outdoors combining fitness trails, soft sand, beach work and much more!
*Minimum ten (10) people required for this activity.

Mini Olympics, 60 minutes $35 per person
Designed with team work in mind, this series of mini challenges will test your delegate’s fitness and strength while pitting them against each other in a test of champions.
*Minimum twenty (20) people required for this activity.

Beach Volleyball, 60 minutes $35 per person
A fun and/or competitive matche can be arranged, offering great team challenges.
*Minimum ten (10) people required for this activity.

Water Polo (Available between October and March only), 60 minutes $35 per person
A fun and effective way to stay cool, have fun and let the competition begin.
*Minimum ten (10) people required for this activity.

Round Robin Tennis, 60 minutes $35 per person
Played on our 4 floodlit tennis courts, team up for social round robin tennis match, sudden death competition or a group tennis clinic with our tennis professional.
*Minimum eight (8) people required for this activity.
