    Your Program experience is enhanced through daily seminars building a solid base of understanding of matters relating to your overall general health and wellbeing. Seminars include Nutrition and Detoxification, Stress Management, Why Move?, Food for Life and Top Ten Tips.

    Detoxification and Natural Therapies
    Provides a complete overview of the detoxification process that guests will experience during their stay at The Golden Door. This session will detail the ill effects certain food and beverages have on the body and reasons behind the symptoms guests may experience from removing these food types from their diet.

    Stress Management
    In our busy lifestyles we have all felt the effects of stress at one stage or another. This information session will provide you with the tools to identify, manage and ultimately avoid stressful situations.

    Why Move?
    This session provides a theoretical background for physical activity, including methods on how to evaluate your fitness level and identifies the most time efficient options to maximize health and wellness.
