- four pampering treatments consisting of two Swedish massages, one Golden Door relaxation massage and one facial a la carte

Recommended Packing List
This recommended packing list has been designed for you to use as a guide and to assist you in preparing for your visit. Our chalets are situated a distance from the main facilities and we recommend you store extra clothing or toiletries in the locker provided. Clothing should be practical, functional and comfortable. It is recommended to "layer dress" in the cooler months so you can discard clothing layers as the activity changes.
We do have an extensive range of clothing available in our Boutique if you wish to purchase while you are here. Portable radio/walkmans are permitted for use in your room with headphones only. Before you visit the retreat, please ensure that you have a careful look at our suggested packing list and we now recommend that you include a pair of hiking boots or walking shoes with heavy tread (lugged sole rather than smooth sole), If in doubt, please call our friendly reservations team.

*It is advisable to reduce your intake of alcohol, caffeine and nicotine during the week prior to your arrival. In this way we aim to maximise your comfort and enjoyment during your stay with us at The Golden Door Health Retreat.
* Please note we have EFTPOS facilities (but NO cash out facility) and accept all major credit cards. Cheques may only be used when they have been authorised by management and guaranteed by a credit card.
* Please also note we only have dial up internet available in room where you mau choose to bring your own laptop to access email during your stay. We also have an internet kiosk available at reception for use where you can pre-pay for usage to your in house account.
