Looking at some of the support mechanisms we rely on to get through life and learning to recognise behaviours that trigger their use. Excellent for reducing reliance on alcohol and cigarettes particularly. Explains the risk factors associated with the use of such substances.

This session will detail the ill effects certain food and beverages have on the body and reasons behind the symptoms guests may experience from removing these food types from their diet.

Personal Action Plan
Bringing together all the lessons learnt from your week at The Golden Door, this session will assist in creating a personal action plan for you to implement when you return home. Goal setting, creating a framework to accomplish your goals and solutions to dealing with obstacles are all a part of action plan for the future.
