Regular Booking Policy
- $550 Deposit per person is required upon booking to secure reservation.
- Full Balance is required 10 days prior to arrival
- Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or another person within a 12 month period (fees apply).
- A date amendment/cancellation fee of $550 is payable (flat fee per booking) if you need to postpone or cancel within 14 days of your arrival.
- A date amendment/cancellation fee of $50 is payable (flat fee per booking) if you need to postpone or cancel more than 14 days of your arrival.
- Please note: The Golden Door Health Retreat Queensland is a non-smoking property
- Payments via American Express or Diners Card will incur a 3% Credit Card Handling Fee. Payments made with any other Credit Cards or Direct Deposits will not incur any handling fee.

- Bookings under any special offers require full pre-payment upon booking to secure reservations
