In just 7 days, discover a new sense of wellness, balance and vitality, both physically and spiritually. Our unique program of exercise, relaxation, spa therapies, nutritious cuisine and education, will provide you with the knowledge to enhance your health long after you depart.

Starting with a personal wellness assessment on arrival, our team of health professionals will assist in designing a program to meet your health objectives whether they be improving fitness, stress management and relaxation, weight loss, personal growth or assistance with specific health concerns and conditions.

Program Inclusions:

• Your choice of accommodation in either single, twin or double share air conditioned chalets
• Gourmet spa cuisine
• A diverse selection of group fitness activities and Relaxation and Mind-Body classes
• Daily program of health education seminars and workshops
• Personal Wellness Assessment on arrival
• Full use of all facilities including two heated pools, sauna, steam room, spa, tennis courts, personal training studio, air conditioned spa and recreation room
• An arrival Gift Pack including Golden Door water bottle, Sarong and Coach Yourself to Wellness work book
• Pampering spa treatments including massage and beauty treatment:
  • 7 day program: two Swedish massages, one Golden Door relaxation massage and one facial a la carte
  • 5 day program: one Swedish massage, one Golden Door relaxation massage and one facial a la carte.
• Courtesy transfers available from Brisbane airport at set times (please enquire on times prior to booking your flights)

Program commences each Sunday and is a minimum 5 day stay.

Regular Tariff Rates

We also offer extended programs whether it be 2 weeks or 8 week consecutive stays. Please contact us on 1800 816 906 or info@goldendoor.com.au to enquire on special offer rates for long stay options.

Regular Booking Policy

• Bookings under any special offers require full pre-payment upon booking to secure reservations
• All specials are subject to availability
• $550 Deposit per person is required upon booking to secure reservation under regular rates.
• Full Balance is required 10 days prior to arrival
• Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or another person within a 12 month period (fees apply).
• A date amendment/cancellation fee of $550 is payable (flat fee per booking) if you need to postpone or cancel within 14 days of your arrival.
• A date amendment/cancellation fee of $50 is payable (flat fee per booking) if you need to postpone or cancel more than 14 days of your arrival.
• Please note: The Golden Door Health Retreat Queensland is a non-smoking property
• Payments via American Express or Diners Card will incur a 3% Credit Card Handling Fee. Payments made with any other Credit Cards or Direct Deposits will not incur any handling fee.

We strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to your visit to The Golden Door. We recommend a comprehensive policy that will cover you for at least the following items:Cancellation fees; Lost deposits; Additional expenses for accidental injury, sickness and hospitalisation; Medical evacuation; Luggage & personal effects; Travel delay and alternative transport expenses; Personal liability.

When choosing insurance, please ensure you read the product disclosure statement to ensure you select the cover policy that best suits your personal circumstances. The Golden Door will not be responsible or liable for any costs associated with your travel arrangements.
