3 full body, power band exercises for women

Try these 3 power band exercises at home for a full body workout. For durability and quality the Cyber fit brand of Power Bands work really well.

1.Power Band – “Disco” Rotation’s” (think John Travolta Saturday Night Fever). The red band is perfect for this exercise as it allows a bigger range of movement. Stand side on in a quarter squat stance. Pull the band across your chest as you turn the hips (back foot rotates). 2 sets of 20 reps each side

2.Power Band – Back Hander’s. Stand side on in a quarter squat stance with good upper body posture. With a longish arm draw the red band in an across your body. 2 steps of 15-20 reps each side

3.Power Band – Joggers. Stand on one bent leg facing the anchor with the red band in the opposite hand. Slightly leaning forwards as if reaching. 1 set of 8-12 reps each side
