A unique online program which blends the science of how our brains work with the ancient wisdom of mindfulness is helping Australians eliminate the stress and anxiety usually associated with diet programs.

“Six Steps to Freeing the Mind and Loving the Body” is the only online mindful eating program in Australia that calls a truce in the war between mind and body and provides practical steps to living at peace with the “dear body”.

Tai-Chi_750 x 300Program creator and director of The Mindfulness Clinic (www.themindfulnessclinic.com.au) Charlotte Thaarup says “helping so many unhappy clients heal their dysfunctional relationships with food made me realize what a widespread mental health crisis this is.”

“I developed “Six Steps to Freeing the Mind and Loving the Body” to help distressed dieters return to a state of relishing and appreciating food, knowing when they have eaten enough, loving and honoring their bodies and putting an end to the toxic chatter that keeps telling them they are unworthy or unlovable as they are.”

“The brain is an incredible organ with a huge capacity to change. Mind training truly is the key to a happier life, a healthier weight and a healthier mind.”

Charlotte will be hosting a Mindful Eating – the six steps to loving the body and freeing the mind program specialty retreat at Golden Door Health Retreat and Spa Elysia this September 7-11. For more information click here
