Standard Golden Door Booking Terms and Conditions

  • All special offers require payment in full upon reservation
  • Your requested dates are not guaranteed until full payment is received
  • Payments made via credit cards do incur a surcharge (1.5% on Visa or Mastercard, 1.8% on AMEX and 3% on Diners)
  • All payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date or another person within a 12 month period if cancelled outside 48 hours of arrival (fees will apply).
  • If you need to postpone 14 Days or more prior to your arrival date an amendment fee of $50 is payable per person.
  • Any date amendments inside 14 days of arrival incur a $550 fee per person.
  • Within 48 hours of arrival all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • As with any holiday, we strongly recommend all guests take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to visiting The Golden Door Health Retreat Elysia.

Earning Qantas Frequent Flyer Points Terms and Conditions

To qualify to earn Qantas Frequent Flyer Points on your booking, please be aware of the following:
  • Subject to availability and black out periods apply
  • QFF points are only available on Health Retreat Programs booked directly through the Golden Door Elysia
  • QFF number must be provided at the time of booking and points will be supplied to your account by Qantas within 45 days of check out
  • QFF bookings are subject to the standard Golden Door terms and conditions
  • QFF bookings and points earned are not transferable
  • Subject to all QFF terms and conditions
Please note that Qantas Frequent Flyer Points do not apply to:
  • Existing bookings
  • Group bookings
  • Are not available to earn in conjunction with any other promotion
  • Negotiated special or company negotiated rates including Qantas staff rates
  • Bookings made via third party resellers, retailers or wholesalers offers,¬† promotions or purchases
  • Any extra spend during a retreat stay including retail items or spa and wellness treatments
  • Spa treatments or retail items for guests not staying at the retreat
  • Gift voucher purchases or purchases in the Golden Door online store
  • Prizes, gifts, charity or complimentary stays
  • eGift Cards purchased through the QFF online store
Bonus Point Promotions
  • All standard GD and QFF Terms and Conditions apply
  • Must be staying on a qualifying rate to earn bonus points

Redeeming Qantas Frequent Flyer Points Terms and Conditions

  • Qantas Points can only be redeemed on the QStore
  • QStore eGift Card valid for redemption on Retreat Programs only
  • Retreat Program purchases via eGift Card redemption do not qualify for Points earning
  • eGift Card not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash
  • QStore eGift Card must be used in one transaction or retreat stay
  • QStore eGift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and is not able to be extended past this date
  • Subject to availability and black out periods apply
