CD – “Ahhh Inspiring Meditations” contains two individual practices – “Buddha Nature” is a seated practice based on breath awareness and “Bliss Body” is a restorative meditation practiced lying down.
Both practices are suitable for any level of experience, including beginners. They will leave you feeling soothed, refreshed, and inspired!
Ahhh Inspiring Meditation Cd contains two meditation practices designed to be practiced separately. Any amount of practice is beneficial as often as daily. Choose a time and place where you will be uninterrupted and can focus exclusively on the meditation.

Bliss Body (Track 2) is a lying meditation
Both practices are based on classical Tantra techniques as taught by Swami Satyananda Seraswati, founder of the Bihar School of Yoga
