CANCELLATION POLICY:

IN HOUSE GUESTS ONLY (staying a Golden Door Health Retreat) all appointment cancellations or changes must be completed between 8am – 8.15am the morning of your treatment, cancellations or changes made after this time will invoke a 100% cancellation charge.

In house guests, we recommend arriving 5 mins prior to your appointment.

FOR OFFSITE GUESTS there is a 24 hour cancellation policy and guests will be charged 100% of their treatment cost if cancelling within this time. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time. Arriving late will give you less time in which to enjoy your treatment, to ensure that our next guest is not inconvenienced, we will always finish your treatment on time regardless of the time you arrive.

Prices are effective 1st April 2015. 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. All prices are subject to change and include GST. Payments via VISA or MasterCard will incur a 1.5% surcharge. American Express or Diners Card will incur a 3% surcharge. Payments made via Direct Deposit or EFTPOS will not incur any surcharge.
