Take time for you

Looking after ourselves so that we can better look after our loved ones is a test of our ability to prioritise and balance. It may also require us to use the word ‘no’ on occasion when the request is too big a stretch or we are feeling overwhelmed.

Make sure you carve a little bit of time just for you to do something you are passionate about, which is a positive step towards good health – it doesn’t have to take hours but it does need to be meaningful (and hopefully enjoyable!).
