Green smoothie bowl

Start your day with energy, vitality and a boost of nutrition with our green smoothie bowl.

The combination of fresh fruit and greens in this recipe will provide you with a vast array of antioxidants, carotenoids, vitamins and minerals that will nourish you.

The addition of lucuma Powder – a subtropical fruit from the Andean Valleys of Chile, Ecuador and Peru, adds a natural sweetness that is packed with nutrients and skin healing benefits.

1 avocado
1 large banana
½ granny smith apple
1 ½ cup coconut water (or almond milk, soy milk, rice milk etc.)
1 cup of kale
½ teaspoon lucuma powder
½ teaspoon flax seed oil or coconut oil
½ cup of gluten free muesli (garnish)
½ banana slices (garnish)


  •  Prepare ingredients and set up your drink blender
  • Put all ingredients into the blender and pulse until it starts to take then let blend until smooth
  • Pour ingredients into bowls and garnish with sliced banana and gluten free muesli.

Serves 2
